The procedure for receiving citizens at the Kirovohrad Regional Prosecutor's Office, in accordance with Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "On Citizens' Appeals", has been regulated.

Citizens' reception workdays and hours:

Monday to Thursday - 9 am to 1 pm and 1:45 pm to 5:45 pm;

Friday - 9 am to 1 pm and 1:45 pm to 4:30 pm.

Days off: Saturday, Sunday

A preliminary appointment for a personal reception of the head of the regional prosecutor's office, first deputy or deputies is carried out by the responsible unit (department for organizing the reception of citizens, consideration of appeals and requests) on the basis of a written application from a citizen or a representative authorized in accordance with the procedure established by law, drawn up in compliance with the requirements stipulated in Articles 5, 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Appeals of Citizens" (sample application and individual issues of conducting a reception at the link).
